Development blueprints for the financier's secluded Caribbean island featured within the released materials.
Additionally featured in this latest document release is shown to be a property layout for the Great St James island, situated in the US Virgin Islands.
The financier bought a smaller island - Little St James - originally in 1998, but later purchased the bigger adjacent island in 2016 for around $22.5 million.
These photos reveal he had drawn up plans to develop the substantial island by erecting homes, an open-air theater, an underwater office and a reservoir.
You can see the blueprint is a channel, a strait in the territory, indicated on the bottom right.
This development map is annotated in notations in red and contains a notes section labelling different parts of the estate.
Accompanying this are what appear to be nine other property layouts and construction drawings, such as plans for dock shelters.
Further images disclosed as part of the current congressional release.
